Shipping and Returns
All Firearms typically ships within 5 to 7 business days after payment has been received with a valid FFL.
Firearms are non-refundable and will only ship directly to FFL Dealers. All sales are final. NO RETURNS. Please return to manufacturer for warranty service. The actual buyer must pick up from FFL dealer who will conduct the background check.
Firearm Damage Claim Process Upon Receiving
The shipping carrier will require a few items before submitting a damage claim. The customer is responsible for the shipping box and packing material that their firearm came in. The shipping carrier will require these items for inspection and make a decision on the damage claim. The claim process can take up to 12 weeks before the claim process is complete.
